Wow! We just had the best experience selling our house with our realtor Tim Owen. Yes, that’s right, it was a great experience in this seemingly lousy market. My recent experience with Prudential’s agent: Tim Owen, proved to be quite satisfying. No one looks forward to selling their home, but I must say that our experience was a roller coaster of a ride. We first contracted with a low commission broker. Big mistake! No help, no knowledge, no showings, resulting in no sale!! We had made a huge mistake. 40+ days on the market with no results. We dismissed the broker and went with our gut feelings. I had heard great things about a Tim Owen. We met, we talked, we signed him up. He made excellent suggestions.
